This is '41 Willys 439 Americar Coupe that was a show car in a former life. The car is complete with ALL STEEL BODY with no rust and boxed frame. The body has been loosely assembled for photographic reasons and is in very good original condition. The hood has never been altered for the, "blower through the hood", 60's "gasser" look. The floor pans are original and in reasonably good condition. This sale includes everything you see in the photos, including 4 orginal hub caps, chrome window frames, exterior trim and outside door handles, bumpers, bumper irons, fuel tan, side and vent glass, the complete custom interior, although uninstalled, and a Hilborn injected 324 cubic inch, period correct Oldsmobile V8 engine with hydramatic transmission and other items, too numerous to mention. An extra, steel center nose section and stock steel dash are also included. Anyone with the monetary resources can buy/build a glass car, but an original steel body example doesn't come along that often. This Willys comes with a clear, Arizona Certificate of Title, and the factory data plate with Serial number is still attached to the body in the orginal location.
