Offered here for the discerning collector, and one who appreciates the Professionally built street rod, is this 1930 Model "A" 2 door sedan. This is a culmination of a life long dream to build an "old school" A sedan with all the refinements available in modern performance vehicles.
The project started with an ALL STEEL, RUST FREE, 1930, 2 door sedan body. The top was filled, then chopped 3" and the body shell inspected and repaired where necessary before being mounted on a boxed and reinforced "A" frame.
Powered by a new GM ZZ-4 crate motor (395 hp/ 350) coupled to a 700R-4 automatic overdrive transmission delivering the goods to the 4 bar mounted, coil over sprung, GM rear axle.
Chrome plated Independent front suspension by Heidt's with QA1 coil overs and rack and pinion steering. Precise braking is handled by Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes. Wheels are by Billet Specialties and measure 18 x 10 rear and 17 x 8 front.
