Offered for your inspection and consideration is this 1966 Cobra roadster. This is a faithful replica of the big block, venerablbe Cobra sc, constructed by B&B Manufacturing of Granby, Missouri, USA, which has the disctinction of 20 plus years producing these coveted examples.
This is a well appointed and well sorted example having logged only 7400 miles from new. The coachwork and paint is exemplary in Raven Black with subtle and tasteful 'Black cherry stripes'.
The interior is appointed in gray leather with full instrumenttion, wood rimmed steering wheel, funtioning hand brake, Crow brand compeition seat belts and shoulder harness.
Power is from a fresh 351 Windsor mated to a T5, five speed transmission transmitting power though a 9" Ford rear end with a 3:73 final drive. Exhaust is routed through tubular headers and exiting through side mounted mufflers. Cooling is handling by an aluminum radiator, electric cooling fan and a remote oil cooler.
The independent front suspension is adjustable coil overs with upper and lower tubular control arms. Rear suspension: adjusstable coil over shocks with trailing arms. The chassis is a jig welded box tube frame with X member
Wheels are era correct Halibrand style alloys with knock offs and shod with BFG performance radials.
This is a well sorted example of the Marque. It performs well with no issues. It starts, handles, stops and drives very well. No rattles, oil leaks, smoke or any other maladies.
This Cobra is currently registered and insured in Arizona as a 1966 Cobra, with proper title and paperwork.
